How long does a new site take to build?
Core sites are typically live in 1 to 2 weeks. Standard takes about 2 weeks. Premium runs 2 to 3 weeks. Custom projects are scoped individually. The timeline depends on how quickly we get content and approvals from you, which is usually the longer part.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
There's a 6-month minimum on all tiers, to ensure the best possible experience.
Then it renews quarter by quarter automatically. You can cancel with 30 days notice after the minimum. We keep the terms simple on purpose.
What does "GEO-ready" mean?
GEO stands for generative engine optimization. It means your site is structured so AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini can find it, read it, and cite it when someone asks a relevant question. Every site we build has this built in from day one.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. If you're on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or something else, we can migrate you to Framer. Migration is priced as development time, typically $1,000 to $2,000 depending on what we're working from. After that, you're on the same retainer structure as a new build.
What happens after the six-month minimum?
Your retainer renews quarter by quarter automatically. We'll check in at the end of your first six months to review what's working and whether your tier still makes sense. Some clients move up, some stay put.
Do you work with businesses outside Minnesota?
Yes. We prioritize Minnesota businesses because we can meet in person and we know the market well, but we work with clients outside the state too. If you're not local, reach out and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
Do you do paid ads or just websites?
Primarily websites and the ongoing work that makes them more findable. We do offer Google Ads and Local Services Ads management as add-ons, but we won't recommend them until your site is in good enough shape to convert the traffic.
What platform do you build on?
All sites are built on Framer. It's fast, flexible, and produces clean code that search engines and AI tools can actually read. Hosting is included and managed by us.
