Is the monthly plan a contract?
It's a 12-month term, then it continues month to month. It's a subscription, not a trap, and you own everything the whole way through.
What if I need more than the core pages?
The core build covers six to eight pages. Beyond that we add pages in phases, either a la carte ($250 to $750 each) or through the growth plan, so you're never forced into one giant upfront build.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. We scope the work and the price up front, in plain English, before anything starts. What we quote is what you pay.
What does the care plan cover, and am I locked in?
Hosting, security, and keeping the site current, plus light day-to-day edits with no clock running against you. SSL and backups are handled automatically, and we run a full site health check every month. Edit requests get a response within two business days. Anything bigger than a quick edit gets a straight quote first, so there's never a surprise bill. On the upfront plan there's no commitment, cancel anytime. On the monthly plan it's part of the 12-month term. Either way it's handled, so you're not managing another tool.
How does payment work?
ACH, card, or check, with invoices due on receipt. The build is paid up front, and if you're ever not completely satisfied with the site, we refund you in full, so paying up front is risk-free.
